Virtual Subrogation Team Manager - Arbitration
The Subrogation Team Manager - Arbitration is responsible for leading a team of Arbitration Specialists by developing, motivating, mentoring, guiding, and supporting the team's activities to ensure a quality work product, client satisfaction and exceptional recovery results. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing a team of Specialists, preparation of scorecards, work inventory audits, enforcement of department/company policies on attendance, disciplinary procedures, hiring, recognition, as well as the advanced training and skill development of Specialists (includes annual performance appraisal process).
- Handles escalated calls/situations, promptly responds to inquiries from staff to ensure maximum departmental performance and client satisfaction.
- Mentor team of specialists, answering daily emails and questions from the floor.
