Virtual Subrogation Team Manager - Auto
Afni, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Subrogation Team Manager - Auto to lead a team of specialists in a remote work environment. This role is crucial for ensuring quality work, client satisfaction, and exceptional recovery results in subrogation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of specialists to achieve high-quality work and exceptional recovery results.
- Oversee team activities, including scorecards, work inventory audits, and policy enforcement.
- Conduct hiring, recognition, and advanced training for specialists, including annual performance appraisals.
- Handle escalated calls and situations, and respond promptly to staff inquiries to maximize departmental performance and client satisfaction.
- Mentor the team, answer daily questions, and manage email communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Auto insurance experience
- Subrogation leadership experience in auto or property
- Previous supervisory experience
- Associate degree
