About the Role

The Senior Media Buyer at Affjobs will lead strategy, execution, and scaling of impactful paid media campaigns on Meta and YouTube. You will translate business objectives into performance-driven media plans, run advanced audience and creative tests, and manage significant monthly ad budgets to deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop channel-specific media strategies and end-to-end campaign plans for Meta and YouTube.
  • Launch, manage, and scale high-budget campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Design and own creative testing frameworks including sequencing, thumbnails, hooks, and captions.
  • Create and execute advanced audience strategies including custom audiences and dynamic retargeting.
  • Implement and QA tracking infrastructure using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and GA4.
  • Optimize full-funnel performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, view-through rate, watch time, and engagement rate.
  • Produce actionable reports with recommendations for budget and creative adjustments.
  • Mentor junior media buyers and lead weekly operational reviews.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns. Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for YouTube, strong audience strategy capabilities, creative testing experience, and advanced tracking and measurement know-how are required. Familiarity with iGaming and compliant campaign standards is a plus.
