Role Overview

In the role of Senior Operations Risk Manager, you will design a robust, data-informed risk management framework. You will work with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to identify systemic operational risks, build feedback loops, and drive enhancements that improve customer experience and reduce risk exposure.

What You'll Do

  • Design and own the servicing risk program and frameworks.
  • Build structured feedback loops from incidents and audits.
  • Translate risk signals into clear, data-backed narratives.
  • Develop risk models, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Audit for alignment.
  • Define and track risk metrics tied to customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner in cross-functional forums.
  • Mentor peers and promote proactive risk ownership.

What We Look For

  • 10+ years in operational risk or risk-related functions.
  • Proven track record in risk or controls program ownership.
  • Strong data skills, including SQL and dashboard development.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Familiarity with audit, issue management, or regulatory programs is a plus.
