Overview

Affirm is reinventing credit to be honest and friendly, enabling consumers to buy now and pay later without hidden fees or compounding interest. As a Partner Growth Manager, you will manage and expand a portfolio of existing payments partners to drive tangible growth outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a named portfolio of payments partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing relationships.
  • Execute tailored go-to-market strategies with cross-functional plans.
  • Negotiate partnership amendments and renewals to support business objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner teams and mid-level leaders.
  • Monitor and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to support roadmaps and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth roles.
  • Proven track record in expanding partnerships.
  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in go-to-market strategy and cross-functional execution.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or financial services.
  • Background with high-impact partner ecosystems.

Compensation & Benefits

Affirm offers a competitive compensation package including base pay, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, subsidized health coverage, and equity rewards. This role comes with an On Target Earnings range between $163,500 and $238,500. Affirm is a remote-first company, allowing you to work from almost anywhere in the U.S., with occasional office visits as required.
