Role Description
The Fraud Strategy & Analytics team invites you to join as an Analyst II, Fraud Analytics. In this role, you will drive improvements across Trust and Safety online decisioning strategies and user journeys by uncovering optimization opportunities and influencing product strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Explore data proactively to accelerate product development in Trust and Safety.
- Translate analysis into recommendations to improve fraud and identity conversion rates.
- Create scalable frameworks for proprietary fraud machine learning models.
- Evaluate new data sources, partnering with data engineering on pipelines.
- Own analytics workflows, define metrics, and craft actionable dashboards.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning, Product, and Engineering on fraud strategies.
What We Look For
- 2-4 years experience in customer risk management in payments or finance.
- Fluency in SQL and Python or R.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
- Passion for product optimization and effective time management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Solid understanding of payment processing and risk strategy fundamentals.
