What You’ll Do
As an Analyst II, Fraud Analytics at Affirm, you will drive improvements across the Trust and Safety online decisioning strategy and user journeys. You will explore data to uncover product optimization opportunities, drive analytics for online experiments, and translate trends into actionable business recommendations.
- Explore data to accelerate product development and improve products in Trust and Safety.
- Translate analysis into recommendations for fraud and identity conversion improvements.
- Develop scalable frameworks for proprietary fraud machine learning models.
- Collaborate with data engineering to build and maintain core analytical data pipelines.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to drive user acquisition and retention.
What We Look For
We seek candidates with 2-4 years of experience in customer risk management, proficient in SQL and Python (or R), and a strong ability to communicate insights clearly. A quantitative degree and knowledge of payment processing and risk trends are highly valued.
