Your Role

As a Data Science Engineer, you will develop AI/ML solutions to enhance ad decisioning, creative optimization, forecasting, and automation in digital advertising.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement AI/ML algorithms for advertising use cases.
  • Process and prepare structured and unstructured data for modeling.
  • Build and maintain predictive models, dashboards, and automated reports.
  • Identify trends and insights in large datasets while ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Run experiments to test and refine new algorithms.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams from prototype to production.
  • Stay ahead of AI/ML developments and contribute fresh ideas.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in digital advertising.
  • Strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages.
  • Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • A collaborative mindset and drive to see projects through to impact.
