Overview
The Business Operations Analyst at Business Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting multi-functional analysis activities to meet strategic goals. The role involves analyzing cross functional data including programmatic, financial, quality, safety, security, supply chain, and contracts to provide insights for decision-making.
Essential Functions
- Support the Business Operations Director in developing and implementing operational goals and metrics.
- Enhance efficiency and streamline workflows through operational improvement initiatives.
- Assist in financial planning including budget development, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, operational dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with department leaders to resolve challenges and align priorities.
- Document business processes, ensure compliance, and manage risk.
- Recommend technology and systems upgrades for increased operational accuracy.
- Exhibit professional behavior consistent with company culture and values.
Qualifications and Competencies
Applicants must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret DoD clearance. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience managing budgets and KPIs, and hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Power Bi, SRS, and Excel. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in business operations or finance.
