About The Role

As our company scales, our technology needs to keep pace. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily technical operations, ensuring that our team members have the tools and support they need to succeed.

This isn't just about "fixing printers"—you’ll gain hands-on experience in Systems Administration, Asset Management, and IT Operations while working directly alongside senior IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Act as the first line of defense for help desk tickets, providing basic troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues.
  • Lifecycle Management: Own the "Day 1" experience by imaging laptops, configuring workstations, and managing the onboarding/offboarding process for employees.
  • Identity & Access: Assist with user account provisioning and access management across various corporate platforms.
  • Asset & Inventory: Maintain a meticulous inventory of hardware and software assets; assist with periodic audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Project Assistance: Support the IT team in deploying new system implementations and infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with various Operating Systems (Windows/macOS) and basic networking concepts.
  • Problem Solver: A "figure-it-out" mentality with the ability to research solutions to unfamiliar technical hurdles.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues without using jargon.
  • Reliability: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
