Context

Lyon Aéroport, the leading airport in the VINCI Airports network in France, manages the operations of Lyon–Saint Exupéry and Lyon–Bron airports.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Commercial and Marketing Department and under the responsibility of the Commercial & Marketing Mobility Manager, you will analyze mobility data and maximize revenue for parking, a strategic business unit of the company. You will work daily to:

• Strengthen the attractiveness of the platform.
• Increase non-aeronautical revenues.
• Diversify activities and services.
• Improve service quality.

You will actively participate in defining the airport's mobility strategy by providing data analysis and yield management expertise to the teams, designing effective action plans, and supporting their operational implementation.

Daily Tasks:

DATA/YIELD MANAGEMENT

• Analyze data in depth (parking, client, air traffic, etc.) to identify decision drivers and correlations between variables (air traffic structure, client profiles and behaviors, modal share, occupancy rates, seasonality, pricing, etc.) to identify levers for developing parking usage and revenue.
• Participate in defining the pricing strategy and manage its execution in concert with the e-commerce team through effective implementation of the yield policy in close collaboration with the yield management software provider and its consulting services.
• As the mobility data referent, support the mobility service's data initiatives and ensure data reliability, particularly for parking, in conjunction with the central data team and other stakeholders.
• Share your vision, collaborate, and challenge the strategy and actions managed by the digital team concerning parking (acquisition paths, conversion rates, e-commerce interface ergonomics, web promotion, loyalty campaigns, A/B testing, ROI, etc.).

REPORTING/KPI

• Define and oversee the creation of mobility dashboards aligned with Vinci Airports group solutions (GCP, PBI, BO, LAPP) and communicate your results through concise and impactful presentations.

CONTRACT/BUDGET MANAGEMENT

• Manage parking product contracts (Kowee / Yield management, Payment systems, etc.) and marketing surveys (market research institute), including the major annual survey on passenger profiles (LAPP), and produce ad hoc analyses and quarterly reporting.
• Be responsible for your budget, its proper management, and forecasting.

SUPPORT FOR OPERATIONAL DECISIONS

• Anticipate short/long-term capacity needs to guide seasonal operational organization (e.g., overflow, works) and investment plans.
