Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying, refining, and documenting business and development needs related to the company's operations.
• Analyzing current processes, system usage, and operational shortcomings, and preparing development proposals.
• Translating development needs into business and functional requirements.
• Creating functional specifications, user requirements, process descriptions, and related documentation.
• Supporting collaboration between business areas, project management, IT operations, system integrators, and external development partners.
• Identifying dependencies, shortcomings, and points requiring clarification related to development needs.
• Participating in the preparation, testing, business validation, and implementation support of developments.
• Structured management of change requests, business expectations, and user feedback.
• Providing business information and decision-making input for development to project teams.

What We Expect From You:

• Higher education degree (in economics, finance, IT, or technical fields).
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Experience in agile (Scrum) and/or traditional project management environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• User-level knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence, or other business and project management tools.
• Active intermediate English language proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing).

Advantages:

• Experience in MRO, aviation, production, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with ERP, maintenance, logistics, or workflow systems.
• Experience collaborating with external development partners or integrators.
• Familiarity with IBM MXM, Libra, SF, Abux, or similar enterprise systems.
