We’re growing rapidly across the globe, and we’re now looking for a Sales Manager Nordics to assist AeroGuest’s expansion in the Nordics, working closely with our Global Director of Sales to build key relationships, and close impactful deals.

Your Mission as Sales Manager Nordics

We’re looking for a Sales Manager Nordics to lead AeroGuest’s expansion in the Nordics. You’ll identify opportunities, engage hotel decision-makers, and close impactful deals while playing a key role in scaling a fast-growing hospitality SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing the Nordic sales strategy in close collaboration with the Global Director of Sales
  • Identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing new hotel opportunities
  • Showcase product demos, and client studies
  • Negotiating and closing contracts
  • Providing market insights and feedback to shape AeroGuest’s commercial strategy
  • Representing AeroGuest at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in The Nordics

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive deals from prospecting to closing
  • Communication and presentation skills in English
  • A structured, proactive approach - able to work independently and take ownership of the market
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, travel, and digital guest experiences

The AeroGuest Vibe & Practicalities

We’re a flat, friendly team with our headquarters in Aarhus and a growing presence in Copenhagen. While this role is focused on The Nordics, you’ll work closely with our global team, combining remote flexibility with opportunities to travel and meet clients in person.

The position is full-time, with flexibility for remote, but occasional travel to Denmark and other markets may be required. The preferred start date is April 1st, 2025.
