Job Summary: Safran Electronics and Defense (SED) India, Bangalore is seeking to hire a Training Incharge for the upcoming industrial site in Devanahalli, Bangalore rural.Responsibilities and Duties
The Training Incharge will be responsible for:- Training needs identification and training plan development
- Coordination with managers and customization of training plans
- Execution of training plans with classroom and practical trainings
- Training evaluation / effectiveness evaluation through assignments / on-the-job evaluation
- Coordinate/ Develop / manage internal trainers
- Collaborate with external trainers / vendors / institutes as appropriate
- Manage / maintain training metrics and records
