Integrated into the Test and Industrial IT (T2I) department of our Ground Segment & Space Surveillance Business Unit, we are looking for a Test Bench Development Engineer based at the Les Ulis site. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and developing test equipment: - Writing system and subsystem specifications for test equipment - Defining or co-defining the technical solution - Developing, integrating, and validating test software (primarily LabVIEW, TestStand) - Ensuring the creation and updating of documentation Designing the test strategy for new products: - Ensuring the development of the DFT (Design for Test) approach during new product development to maximize product test coverage. - Participating in the definition and implementation of system and subsystem validation strategies. - Staying updated on testing best practices and proposing necessary directions to become 'best-in-class'. Ensuring operational maintenance: - Handling updates, bug fixes, and coding new requirements. - Providing necessary support to Production. - Participating in productivity plans by proposing task automation. - Contributing to the deployment of continuous improvement. The test benches you will work on primarily consist of electronic and/or radiofrequency measurement devices: oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency meters, etc.Candidate Profile
You hold an advanced degree (Bac+5) in industrial IT or electronics and ideally have at least 2 years of experience in testing or trials on electronic equipment. Skills: - Proficiency with electronic measurement devices (Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Frequency Meter). - Knowledge of digital buses: RS, IEEE, Ethernet, etc. - Industrial test-oriented development languages and software (LabVIEW, TestStand, Python; Ruby is a plus). - Ability to read and interpret all electrical and electronic schematics and plans for systems. - Professional technical English and ability to work in an international context. - Ability to manage subcontractors for developments not carried out internally.
