The Digital Continuity division at Safran Aircraft Engines is involved in one of our major programs. This program aims to standardize PLM and MES tools from design to after-sales service, including manufacturing and assembly. As part of our development, we are looking for a passionate and talented Technical Lead for Release Management and DevOps to join our team. You will integrate the IT teams to ensure the integration of deliveries, the automation, and the industrialization of PLM 3DX (OnPrem and Cloud) and MES Apriso environments from Dassault Systèmes, in compliance with Safran standards. You will lead technical teams in France and India, while ensuring the governance of DevOps and Release Management processes.Leadership and Management
- Organize activities according to SAFe principles, in conjunction with the Agile trains of the CNUM program.
- Lead DevOps and release management teams in France and India.
- Drive team performance in a multicultural context.

Technical Governance
