Mission Overview
As part of the development of Safran Seats' Digital Factory, we are strengthening our teams with the creation of an AI & Digital Solutions Lead position. This role is attached to the Digital Factory, with the objective of accelerating the design and deployment of digital and artificial intelligence solutions to serve business functions. The position operates in an international context, in close collaboration with:
- The Data Factory
- The Integration Factory
- Business units (Sponsoring VP AI)

Main Mission: To pilot the conception, delivery, and adoption of digital and artificial intelligence solutions addressing business challenges, from ideation to industrial-scale deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Piloting Digital & AI Solutions
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize business use cases (digital & AI) in collaboration with the VP AI.
- Be the focal point for automation topics within the Digital Factory (RPA, Power Automate, digital workflows, etc.).
- Translate business needs into concrete and industrializable solutions.
- Guarantee the functional coherence of proposed solutions.
- Be responsible for the time-to-value of solutions.
Delivery & Scaling
- Pilot the delivery of solutions in conjunction with:
- Data Factory (models, data, AI)
- Integration Factory (APIs, flows)
- Ensure the quality, performance, and security of solutions.
- Transition from POCs to industrial and deployed solutions.
Management & Team Leadership
- Direct and transverse management of developer / solution manager / product owner teams (internal and external) both onshore and offshore (India).
- Structure roles, methods, and delivery standards.
- Develop the digital & AI skills of the teams.
- Create an international and collaborative dynamic.
Governance & Transverse Collaboration
- Work in close collaboration with the VP AI.
- Contribute to prioritization and governance instances.
- Align solutions with the global Digital & IT strategy.
Innovation & Technology Watch
- Ensure targeted technological watch (AI, GenAI, automation, platforms).
- Propose useful, measurable, and deployable innovations.
- Challenge business units on usage and value.
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in digital / IT / data.
- Confirmed experience in digital solution delivery.
- Management of complex teams and projects.
- Experience in an international environment.
