It's a human-sized site where our activities in program management, engineering, industrialization, production, and all transversal functions (Commercial, Purchasing, HR, Finance…) that contribute to the entity's operation take place. As part of the production of Safran Reosc optics, the Optical/Mechanical Control Technician is integrated into the "Optical Surface Measurement" (MSO) department, which performs all optical and mechanical controls of optical parts during fabrication and acceptance. As a controller, your main responsibilities, after an initial on-the-job training phase, will be:Key Responsibilities
- Independently perform mechanical control operations (3D Measuring Machines - MMT) to meet cost/quality/deadline/safety objectives.
- Execute operations by ensuring preparation (tooling, MMT program writing, etc.) and intermediate controls based on a manufacturing process.
- Ensure traceability of controls and record production-related information.
- Analyze control results using tools provided by the Measurement Line Managers.
- Detect anomalies, identify potential causes, and participate in root cause analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Perform first-level preventive maintenance operations.
- In a second phase, deploy your versatility by performing optical controls (interferometry, roughness measurement, etc.).
