About This Role

As a Concierge at Aero, you are the key liaison between Aero and our guests. Your role involves ensuring every guest enjoys an effortless and personalized experience through excellence in service, communication, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior, personalized service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Tailor the Aero experience to meet prospective guests' needs.
  • Manage guest information and ensure efficient communication.
  • Coordinate flight details and communicate schedule changes with the Operations team.
  • Proactively address operational issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Aero services and FAA/TSA policies.
  • Perform side work and daily tasks as directed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who...

Has a team spirit, a proactive attitude, and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, adept at troubleshooting, and motivated by helping others.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work on-site at our fixed-base (FBO) in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Background in customer service, luxury service, start-up, or private aviation.
  • Experience with email services and customer service tools (Zendesk a plus).
  • Flexible to work weekends and PST-based shifts.
  • Aviation experience is preferred.

  • Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour (actual compensation based on skills and experience).
