Position Summary
The CNC Milling Machinist will independently and safely set up and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis equipment.
Essential Functions
- Read and interpret process travelers and setup journals.
- Make tooling adjustments and program offsets as necessary.
- Accurately inspect work using various measuring instruments.
- Perform daily TPM and maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Adhere to safety rules and wear personal protective equipment.
- Participate in cross-training and process improvement activities.
Competencies & Requirements
- Technical capacity and effective problem-solving.
- Initiative with a results-driven approach.
- Minimum 3 years of aerospace CNC machining experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational certificate is a plus).
Physical Demands
Must be able to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds, stand regularly, and use hands extensively. Specific vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Other Information
