Responsibilities

As the Manager, Corporate Affairs and Administration, you will oversee and manage the full spectrum of administration services within the Corporate Affairs Department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Office supplies and procurement management
  • Facilities management and vendor coordination
  • Ensuring occupational health & safety measures compliance
  • Managing office insurance and renovation projects
  • Handling travel arrangements
  • Organizing and coordinating company events and various meetings
  • Managing the Office workflow system, specifically the administration-related module
  • Reviewing and updating office manuals, approval guidelines, and work safety regulations
  • Managing the administration-related budget, cost allocation, and reporting
  • Assisting in managing fixed asset count for the head office
  • Supervising frontline supporting staff
  • Providing support on ad hoc duties & projects as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • University graduate
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity
  • An understanding of Japanese Company's culture is a distinct advantage
  • Good communication skills to effectively work with different levels of stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented mind, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to solve problems independently
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
