Responsibilities
As the Manager, Corporate Affairs and Administration, you will oversee and manage the full spectrum of administration services within the Corporate Affairs Department. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Office supplies and procurement management
- Facilities management and vendor coordination
- Ensuring occupational health & safety measures compliance
- Managing office insurance and renovation projects
- Handling travel arrangements
- Organizing and coordinating company events and various meetings
- Managing the Office workflow system, specifically the administration-related module
- Reviewing and updating office manuals, approval guidelines, and work safety regulations
- Managing the administration-related budget, cost allocation, and reporting
- Assisting in managing fixed asset count for the head office
- Supervising frontline supporting staff
- Providing support on ad hoc duties & projects as assigned
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- University graduate
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity
- An understanding of Japanese Company's culture is a distinct advantage
- Good communication skills to effectively work with different levels of stakeholders
- Organized, detail-oriented mind, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to solve problems independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
