Entitlement Review Analyst at Aegon
The Entitlement Review Team's primary objective at Aegon is to conduct entitlement reviews for various business units as required by internal and external auditors and regulatory requirements.
This analyst position will support the current team by conducting entitlement reviews of applications, databases, servers, and privileged access. This involves strict adherence to an established compliant process to meet the increasing demand for entitlement review services across Aegon's global business areas and country units.

What You Will Need:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the IT field or equivalent knowledge in risk management and controls
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise information delivery
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Effective time management abilities
- Strong organizational skills: ability to plan and organize work efficiently
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools
Nice to have:
- 0-2 years of experience with internal controls, audit, or risk management services in the financial services industry
- Strong customer service background, particularly relating to Service Operation, with in-depth knowledge and experience in Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management
- Knowledge of internal controls, audit, or risk management functions
