Document Management Coordinator at Aegon

This role is responsible for processing inbound and outbound mail, including sorting, postage, pick-up, and delivery. The candidate will prep, scan, and index documents into the Automated Workflow Distribution system (AWD).

Responsibilities:

  • Sort, deliver, and pick up mail throughout the building.
  • Process incoming mail with identification, research, keying, and scanning preparation.
  • Manage outgoing mail, including inserting, folding, and using postage meter equipment.
  • Scan documents into AWD based on customer/group policies.
  • Store and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Handle returned mail and perform data entry for document identification within AWD.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Accurate data entry and 10-key skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Valid driver's license as applicable by work location.

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite 5 days a week.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Extended periods of standing/walking.
  • Repetitive motions and operation of postage equipment.

Compensation:

This position generally pays between $12 - $15 per hour with eligibility for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
