About the Role

As an Entitlement Review Supervisor at Aegon Global Business Solutions Center, you will lead the day-to-day operations of entitlement review campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of these campaigns with Aegon's best business practices and enterprise standards. You will manage the backlog of applications and entitlements, oversee their onboarding into the enterprise entitlement review life-cycle management process, and serve as a direct supervisor for the Entitlement Review team staff. This role involves leading metrics and analytics for entitlement review campaigns and onboarding processes, partnering with various business and technical teams to gather requirements, and collaborating with internal and external Audit teams to provide supporting evidence for regulatory and audit requests. You will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining processes and procedures, assisting in the implementation of new processes to mature the entitlement review program, and developing periodic goals to ensure timely and accurate completion of all work.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience within Identity Access Management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale teams.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • A strong understanding of identity governance and administration concepts and industry best practices.
  • The ability to develop and maintain internal and external business relationships to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with an industry-leading access life-cycle management tool and processes.
  • Background in risk and controls.
