Job Summary
The Sr. Director, Business Intelligence & Customer Analytics will advance the organization's data and analytics ecosystem to drive revenue growth, enhance fan engagement, and optimize the customer lifecycle. The role involves architecting BI, CRM, and CDP platforms to transform data into actionable insights for marketing, audience growth, and sales enablement.
Essential Functions
- Develop and manage an enterprise-wide analytics infrastructure with dynamic dashboards and predictive models.
- Lead strategy and execution of CRM, CDP, and ESP systems for unified fan identity.
- Partner with marketing to create data-driven campaign strategies and personalized communications.
- Collaborate with ticketing and sales teams to build and refine automated lead nurturing workflows.
- Drive enterprise KPI measurement, data governance and compliance (GDPR, CCPA) protocols.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts, CRM managers, and technical specialists.
Education & Experience
BA/BS in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems or related field; Advanced Degree preferred. 8-10 years of relevant experience in analytics, CRM strategy or customer journey roles, with sports, entertainment, or digital media experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Expertise in MS SQL with familiarity in other scripting languages and data platforms.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive data modeling.
- Strong understanding of email, app, and SMS engagement tactics.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Tealium, Segment, or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $155,200 - $180,000 with eligibility for bonus under current bonus plan requirements. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, paid time off, life insurance, parental leave, 401k with match, and more.
