Job Description
As a Transportation Drainage Engineer, based in Phoenix, Murray, and Denver, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of drainage systems for various transportation infrastructure projects, including a flagship Progressive Design Build project on the I84 & US 89 interchange.
- Design and analyze drainage systems for highways and roads.
- Develop innovative, cost-effective drainage solutions.
- Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using advanced modeling software.
- Ensure compliance with relevant stormwater and flood control regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical mentorship.
Qualifications
Minimum BA/BS with 4+ years of relevant experience; Preferred: Professional Engineer and 6+ years experience in Civil Engineering. Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software is required. Experience within highways/roadway systems in CO, AZ, or UT is a plus.
