Job Overview

The Senior Business Analyst role at AECOM involves partnering with Operations, Strategy, and Growth to drive financial performance and enhance strategic decision making using data-led approaches. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will analyze revenue forecasts, market trends, and competitive landscapes to influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and analyze market and competitor data using business intelligence tools.
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends and potential market entry opportunities.
  • Optimize revenue forecasting processes ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with AI experts to develop innovative analytical tools.
  • Support client account teams with tailored analysis and recommendations.
  • Develop client segmentation models aligned with Account Based Marketing programmes.
  • Create insightful reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

A minimum of a BA/BS and 8 years of financial planning and analysis experience is required. Preferred candidates will have experience in corporate finance and a background in engineering, construction, or related fields, along with proficiency in business intelligence tools and financial modelling.

This position is based in Mississauga, ON and sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available. Relocation assistance is not offered.
