Position Overview
The Project Planning & Scheduling Specialist role in Romania supports project controls by working with financial systems, analyzing cost data, developing baseline budgets, and harnessing earned value methodology to track project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with company financial systems and cornerstone software.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and cost impacts.
- Assist in baseline budget creation, scope control and change management.
- Support tracking of labour hours, manpower costs and purchase orders.
- Participate in project progress meetings and contractor invoice reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Economy or related field with 5-7 years in Project Controls. Exposure to scheduling, performance management, and cost/schedule integration is required.
