Job Description
The Project Director Senior Program Manager will serve as a Program Management Consultant Lead or key Senior Manager on an alternative delivery transportation project in the New York area. The role requires extensive experience in transportation and heavy civil construction with distinct MTA experience. This role involves managing major programs or groups of projects from planning to closeout.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage projects through all phases.
- Provide leadership and guidance to managers and staff.
- Enforce company and project policies with client liaison responsibilities.
- Ensure project delivery meets design, budget, and schedule.
- Implement safety and quality oversight and control budgets.
- Manage staffing and lead contract closeout processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or equivalent credentials; US Citizenship required; Professional Engineer, Registered Architect or CCM is necessary. Preferred candidates hold a BS in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture with significant experience on transportation projects, particularly MTA projects.
