Position Overview
Join our team as a Principal Marine Consultant to positively influence the environmental performance of marine development projects. Working within our established Environmental Impact (EIA) team, you will contribute to sectors including offshore wind, interconnectors, subsea cables, ports and harbours, and coastal developments.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage environmental inputs across diverse marine projects.
- Prepare and review EIA screening, scoping, and environmental reports.
- Apply critical quality assurance in technical reviews.
- Utilize project management skills for resource and budget oversight.
- Collaborate with technical experts, clients, and subcontractors.
- Lead business development opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a degree in a relevant environmental discipline (Master's preferred) with professional accreditation. Demonstrated experience in EIA consultancy, marine consenting regimes (UK/ Ireland), project management, and technical report writing is required. Experience in mentoring, business development, and excellent communication skills will be an added advantage.
