Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented Office Engineer for a project in New Jersey. In this role, you will set up, maintain, and close out project records. You will collaborate closely with the Resident Engineer and Construction Manager to ensure all records meet contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain project record logs (Submittals, Payments, RFIs, COs, etc.).
- Assist in processing and reviewing progress payments for contractors.
- Support the Construction Manager with ODC requests and office maintenance requirements.
- Draft letters and responses to client information requests.
- Prepare monthly PMIS reports and client presentations.
- Maintain testing records and track critical project issues.
- Monitor training sessions and contractor turnover documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in engineering or related field + 2 years of related experience or equivalent. OSHA 10 certification required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with construction contractors in New Jersey and OSHA 30 certification.
