Job Description

AECOM is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the Enterprise Capabilities team by providing accurate, insightful, and timely finance support, analysis, and collaboration. This role involves analyzing financial performance, supporting key departmental initiatives and annual operating planning, and consulting corporate leadership with financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly performance reviews comparing financial results to plan and past periods.
• Collaborate with internal customers to maintain metrics for cost savings and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain financial models with scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Prepare integrated revenue/expense analyses, forecasts, and reconciliations.
• Lead integration of AI technology in financial analysis and modeling.

Qualifications

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of finance or accounting experience in a public company or equivalent. Preferred: Experience with large complex organizations, proficiency with Cognos, TM1, Oracle, Hyperion, advanced Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Additional Information

This hybrid role requires both in-office presence in Orange, CA and telecommute. Relocation and US work authorization sponsorship are not available.
