Job Summary
AECOM is seeking an experienced digital leader with a strong program management background to join our Enterprise Capabilities Digital team. As the Digital Program Management Implementation Lead, you will be the primary technical authority for delivering major program management projects including Enterprise Critical Pursuits and Tier 2 projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement standardized digital delivery strategies and processes.
- Establish and enforce project data standards.
- Develop and communicate digital production processes for project teams.
- Collaborate with Planning and Assurance teams for resource and performance monitoring.
- Drive adoption of standardized project execution practices across EC Digital.
- Work with global digital implementation leads to improve methodologies.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field with 10 years of experience in large, complex projects, and 5+ years in a digital leadership role. Must have expertise in industry-standard platforms (InEight, Unifier, P6, Microsoft Project), strong program management skills, and leadership abilities.
Preferred qualifications include Certifications like PMP and other industry certifications.
Work Arrangement & Location
This role offers a hybrid work schedule with both in-office and remote work options, based in Bucharest, Romania.
