Job Overview

The Dams Engineering Practice Leader in Texas is a high-impact, client-facing role. You will lead the dams and hydropower practice, spearhead business development, and manage multidisciplinary projects across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the dams practice and business development in Texas.
  • Develop and grow the dams and hydropower team.
  • Pursue major dam and hydropower projects with strategic proposals.
  • Serve as a program/project/technical lead on significant projects.
  • Engage in client-facing activities to build relationships.
  • Coordinate with technical leads and division managers for strategic hires.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Engineering and extensive dams and hydropower industry expertise.
