Risk Management & Quality Assurance
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies using project management best practices.
- Ensure adherence to safety requirements, corporate standards, and applicable building codes.
- Provide technical input as part of quality assurance, confirming material selection and lifecycle efficiency.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare and present project status reports covering safety, cost forecasts, schedules, and risks.
- Facilitate communication among clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to align project goals.
- Contribute to the development of project delivery standards and best practices.
