Job Overview

The AVP, Executive and Strategic Recruitment is responsible for leading a global strategic recruitment program at AECOM. This role supports the entire employee lifecycle including attraction, hiring, onboarding, engagement, and retention of top-tier leadership talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global implementation of a comprehensive recruitment program.
  • Manage and develop a globally distributed recruitment team.
  • Oversee strategic recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with business, TA, and HR leadership for alignment.
  • Utilize data and market insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for AECOM.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in strategic recruitment within A/E/C or similar industries. Proven success in building global talent programs, excellent communication, influencing skills, and experience in data-driven decision-making. Executive presence and a consultative approach are key.

Additional Information

This role is remote, based in any US location with travel requirements including international travel. Note, relocation assistance and sponsorship for work authorization are not provided.
