Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Licensed Architect for a Senior Program Manager in our New Jersey Architecture group. This role, based in either Piscataway, NJ or Bloomfield, NJ, is responsible for client account management and program management for large-scale, dynamic programs.
- Lead technical disciplines and mid-size client programs.
- Oversee projects from design through construction completion.
- Serve as Lead Verifier ensuring technical approach aligns with client expectations.
- Review and audit projects for quality and compliance.
- Act as an independent IE representative with consulting firms.
- Innovate and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 10+ years of experience, including leadership roles, and a Registered Architect (RA, NCARB).
Preferred Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in Architectural Design, proven project leadership, New Jersey and New York market expertise, and experience with building sustainability upgrades.
Software Proficiency
Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel and MS Word.
