About the Role

Adyen is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst LATAM to manage regulatory reporting requirements in Brazil and Mexico. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Reporting within our Amsterdam-based Group Finance Function, you will lead Prudential and Statistical reporting for the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own LATAM regulatory reporting ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead implementation of reporting changes and oversee multiple reporting projects.
  • Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of regulatory reports.
  • Translate Brazilian and Mexican regulatory requirements for Adyen’s non-traditional business model.
  • Manage end-to-end CADOCS preparation, validation, and submission in compliance with BACEN.

Who You Are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting with fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. You excel at resolving data inconsistencies, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements while communicating clearly under pressure.
