As the Senior Product Manager Financial Crime, you will lead the strategy and execution for AML/CFT systems and controls, ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Define vision and strategy for AML/CFT capabilities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable product initiatives.
  • Improve and automate AML/CFT processes using data, machine learning, and AI.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and more.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Measure and optimize performance through clear success metrics.
  • Communicate complex regulatory and technical concepts to executive leadership.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching scalable products.
  • Strategic thinker with strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in regulatory and compliance navigation, especially AML/CFT.
  • Skilled in leveraging data, automation, and AI to drive product decisions.
  • Customer-centric, collaborative, and adaptable in a global organization.
