Role Overview
The Risk & Payments Analyst role is centered on optimizing payment processes, managing risks, and delivering data-driven insights across the full funnel of payments. You will partner with commercial, product, and professional services teams to create solutions that reduce fraud, enhance authentication, and optimize authorization rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial teams to showcase Adyen’s value proposition.
- Leverage data-driven insights to support merchant conversations.
- Lead discussions with customers and equip teams with analytic tools.
- Deploy sophisticated optimization playbooks and scalable analytical solutions.
- Upsell Adyen’s products like Protect and Uplift by translating data into value propositions.
- Develop subject matter expertise within payment optimization and risk management.
Who You Are
You are an experienced professional with over 5 years in risk, payment performance, or data-related roles within payments. You excel in stakeholder management, data analysis, and effective communication. A strong background in analytics and experience with BI tools is required.
Location & Compensation
This role is based in the San Francisco office. The annual base salary ranges from $145,000 to $190,000, plus RSUs.
