Role Overview: Account Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and manage strategic accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and reduce churn.

  • Project Management: Prioritize and manage both short and long term projects.

Who You Are

You have 3-6 years of experience in a client-facing and commercial role, preferably with experience in enterprise software, financial services, or technical infrastructure. You are a self-starter with excellent relationship building, presentation, negotiation, and pricing skills. Organization, time management, and a willingness to drive growth are key qualities for success.
