Job Summary
The Revenue Recovery Associate enters patient/client billing into the provided software, works on routine assignments within defined parameters, and follows established guidelines and procedures. Daily instructions are provided to guide work.
Job Requirements
- High School Education/GED required; Associate's/Technical Degree preferred.
- Billing experience and data entry skills preferred.
- Experience in revenue cycle billing/collections/reimbursement is a plus.
- CRCR Certification through HFMA is preferred.
Essential Functions
- Enter billing information accurately using provided software.
- Communicate effectively regarding claim creation errors.
- Verify accuracy, compile data, and translate information into multiple formats.
- Ensure accurate submission of client claims and review collections and reporting.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
