Shift & Location

Monday-Friday Full time, 8am-5pm in Altamonte Springs, FL.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between clinical and operational service lines.
  • Track clinical quality outcomes and monitor patient safety efforts.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate reports and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain performance measurement processes including KPI and dashboard deployment.
  • Interact with leadership to assess and enhance analytic needs.
  • Manage complex datasets through aggregation, cleaning, and validation.
  • Conduct financial and operational analyses for strategic decision-making.
  • Support system-wide quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare effective presentations to communicate findings.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Required Expertise & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with data mining/extraction tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., MS Access, SQL) and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
