Role Summary

The Automation Developer will drive Revenue Cycle Automation initiatives using robotic process automation and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with IT teams, Revenue Cycle leaders, and cross-functional groups to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that boost revenue, reduce costs, and enhance operational productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical development of strategic Revenue Cycle projects.
  • Design and develop complex multi-system automations.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to evaluate and prioritize projects.
  • Create System Design Documents and track automation KPIs.
  • Provide technical guidance and debug automation issues.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Research market trends and innovation in automation technologies.

Required Expertise & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of work experience in automation development.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Power Platform and MS Office applications.
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and EPIC reporting applications.
  • Solid understanding of BPM techniques and revenue cycle workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (MS PL-900).
  • Change Management Certification (PROSCI).
