Schedule & Location: Full Time, Days at 900 WINDERLEY PL, Maitland, 32751. Located at AdventHealth Orlando, a flagship hospital serving a large community across the Southeast, the Caribbean, and South America.

The Role You’ll Contribute

  • Lead, develop, and monitor design, validation, certification, and implementation of systems best practices.
  • Resolve complex issues by defining problems, collecting data, and drawing conclusions.
  • Query and interpret extensive data, presenting results in written, presentation or diagram form.
  • Manage team members and mentor while ensuring excellent customer service and respectful relationships.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage logistics and coordinate events, with occasional out-of-state travel.

The Value You’ll Bring

  • Conduct current/future state process analysis to determine best practices.
  • Prepare proposals, briefing documents, specifications, diagrams and presentations for management.
  • Serve as focal point for identifying issues needing management intervention.
  • Audit and analyze financial performance of systems or processes, building business cases and justifications.

Expertise & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years work experience.
  • Experience in reporting, PureOHS, data extraction, and analytics.
  • Employee Health experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
