Schedule & Location

This is a full-time role with typical day shift office hours; it is a hybrid position located at 600 Courtland St., Orlando, FL, supporting AdventHealth Orlando.

Role and Responsibilities: Manager of Strategy Management

• Oversee teams and tools that coordinate strategic engagement.
• Manage a team of data analysts and provide project management.
• Develop strategic initiative briefs, business plans, and corporate service plans.
• Advise senior leaders with data-driven insights and risk mitigation.
• Support enterprise operations by managing meetings and overseeing strategic planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in the healthcare industry with at least 3 years leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years managing teams in a business setting.
• PMP certification.
• Prosci CCMP certification.
