Motion Graphics Designer / Illustrator at Advanced Systems Group, LLC
Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer / Illustrator to join our high-performing team. This role involves skillfully transforming complex concepts into engaging visual stories that captivate and inform target audiences. You will combine graphic design principles with animation techniques to create dynamic visuals that enhance storytelling and communication, elevating the caliber of visual design across all requested assets.
This is a fully remote position, with hire eligibility in the UK. This role must adhere to Eastern Standard Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual content for long and short-form educational videos and animations.
- Collaborate with a team to develop high-quality, creative assets for instructional content.
- Showcase a strong understanding and creative application of key design principles.
- Own the creative asset development process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with animators and coordinate efficient asset handoffs.
- Interpret strategy to deliver compelling graphics and visuals aligned with that strategy.
- Create graphic elements as needed, ensuring design is in sync with the brief.
- Develop graphics that consistently elevate the brief.
- Demonstrate a high level of graphic understanding across various video platforms.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to bring requested assets to delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of design experience creating visual and motion graphics.
- Experience designing and producing video assets.
- Skilled in storyboarding, concepting, and style framing.
- Strong skills in Adobe After Effects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver diverse styles for a wide variety of content.
- Deep knowledge of social and digital platforms, formats, and best practices.
- Passionate about video content and hyper-knowledgeable about motion graphics.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with fast turnaround times.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Proficient in Figma.
- Comfortable working with 3D assets/programs.
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time, remote role offers a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 GBP, depending on experience. This role is eligible for statutory benefits plus private health insurance.
