Overview

Advanced Clinical is seeking a skilled professional for a remote Site Contract Specialist position. Your work will directly impact the organization and the clinical industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop site-specific Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and related contractual documents.
• Negotiate contractual documents using established plans.
• Track progress of negotiations and prepare status reports.
• Facilitate execution of contracts between investigators, sites, and Incyte.
• Mentor junior staff and provide project-specific training.
• Collaborate with study teams to maintain contract management systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation during negotiations.
• Assist with preparation of performance metrics and notify management of changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Education

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of client service experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, CRO, or clinical research environments and a B.A./B.S. in business, science/health care, nursing, or equivalent.
