About The Role

As an Algorithm Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development of advanced algorithms that power our next-generation AI products. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers and researchers, leveraging your expertise to create solutions that redefine industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and optimization of OCR models, improving accuracy and stability.
• Collect, preprocess, and manage multi-modal training data (text and images), ensuring diversity and real-world relevance.
• Assist in solving complex OCR challenges such as distorted text, diverse fonts, and varying document formats.
• Support the development and deployment of OCR services for real-world business applications.
• Learn and apply best practices in machine learning, including model training, evaluation, version control, and CI/CD.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, LLM, and VLM. Improve model iteration efficiency.
• Explore the application and implementation of cutting-edge research such as large language models, graph neural networks, and multimodal techniques in financial risk scenarios.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in ML, CV and NLP concepts and techniques. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and identify opportunities to utilize them into our products.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to analyze data using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy).
