Job Description

Program Manager - ADV TECHMINDS PVT LTD

ADV TECHMINDS PVT LTD is seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery of several key initiatives for our client. This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and visibility across multiple workstreams, including Process Intelligence, Identity Access Management upgrades, Ariba purchasing experience, and RPA implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate Program Delivery for several work streams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive program and process documents to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with established project governance.
  • Coordinate IT, Business Unit (BU), and vendor review meetings, ensuring effective follow-ups on action items and progress.
  • Track and coordinate the progress of the client's tasks and activities.
  • Report projects and Program status to the Executive team to assess risks, issues, and impediments.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and strategies for resolution.
  • Promote continuous improvement activities within the project team to enhance quality and optimize value delivery.
  • Establish regular cadence for meetings with teams to monitor progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Program and Project management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Quick learner and ability to familiarize with program vision.
  • Ability to conduct Executive-level meetings with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Experience with supply chain processes, methodologies, and workflows is essential; Utilities experience is secondary.
  • Experience working with implementation vendors.
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Scrum/Agile principles, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Experience with managing a cross-functional team, including full-time and part-time members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with project documentation and management tools, such as Jira, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks effectively.
